If you are a creative fool like me, then you MUST save your money to attend next year's The Creative Connection event in Minneapolis. I attended this amazing event all day Friday, and I just wish I would have been there Thurs through Saturday. I don't want to make this post long, so I'll tell you different bits about it within the next few days.
The first morning panel I attended was on self-publishing. The amazing women on the panel were
Amy Powers of Inspire Co.,
Terry Walters, Clean Food and Clean Start,
Janine Vangool, Uppercase and
Amy Barickman, Vintage Notions.
Each of these women are very inspirational, and were very generous in sharing their self-publishing experiences. I have followed Amy Powers' blog for at least a year, so it was such an honor to meet her and talk in person. She is just as sweet in person as she is online!
