One of the blessing I received in 2011 was the unexpected companionship of the other women that took Kelly Rae Roberts "Taking Flight" ecourse with me. This group of wonderful, like-minded souls has become as close to me as my personal journal. With their help, I've gained the courage to be myself and not hide my feelings. Instead, I say them out loud and embrace them. I'm finally truly happy with who I am. Thank you Fly Tribe!
Within our Fly Tribe we each are choosing one word to represent what we are going to focus on for 2012. My word for 2012 is FEARLESS. I need to focus on being fearless about staying true to who I am, not worrying about what others think. I'm going to carry this fearlessness over to every aspect of my life. I'm hoping for the most growth in my art business, so I think FEARLESS will help me get there.

I love your word, as well, although I have to confess I haven't heard any that made me wonder "what were they thinking?" I really like the concept of adhering to "a" word instead of resolutions that are broken before they land on anyone's ears or eyes...What will be more interesting to me is saying goodbye to it in a year and choosing a new one. Will I miss it? Will a new one really be able to take its place? Talk about borrowing trouble! Love you, Linda!
Whew! I am so glad 2011 is over! I learned so much and I feel blessed that I met up with the fly girls. I pray that our lessons this year come more like little whispers and if not.... may we be fearless!

Great word. I have a friend who always refers to me as "fearless". This is something I may show to the world on the outside and something I use to move forward in life, but I'm not really fearless to my core. I love that you are using the concept of being fearless to propel your art biz. You are an amazing woman Linda!
