The SumMEr of ME

This summer I've been trying to really focus on my health.  Last month I started an online course called "Body Restoration" by Brave Girls Club

This is really helping me stay focused.  In addition, I spent two weeks on the Dukan Diet, which rewarded me with a 13 lb. weight loss!

Now, I've incorporated one-two daily walks in my day.  I can't believe how good I feel from a 20 minute walk!  The weather has finally cooled down enough, so I walk early in the morning and then again when the sun starts to set.  Our subdivision is very hilly, so I can really feel the results in my legs;D

I'm so happy that my friend Renee asked me to share a little about how I've been taking care of myself.  Renee is featuring different people almost daily on her blog.  Be sure to check it out!  You never know when someone might inspire you to take better care of yourself!

Nice work Linda! Taking good care of yourself is most important and should be on the top of everyone's list. Never a selfish act! Good luck and best wishes. Sure would love to join you on one of your neighborhood walks one day.

It is wonderful that you are finding some ways to take care of yourself. I know that I am trying to establish active routines - I don't want to be a stiff, old lady! Thanks for sharing, Linda!
